Program Description

In this program students will receive advanced theological training  to understand Scripture and apply it to the core issues in counseling. The Biblical Counseling program at Hartwell is rooted in the tradition of nouthetic counseling and the application of Scripture as the primary driver of spiritual growth. Upon completing this program, students will have gained skills needed to be biblical counselors in independent counseling practices, pastoral care and counseling ministries in the local church, and parachurch counseling organizations.
