Students will have the opportunity to engage in a Socratic model of discussion, with devoted time set aside for questions and answers, to stimulate critical thinking and active learning. In the online lecture hall, students will be encouraged to participate in cooperative debate, not solely for building knowledge, but also for building relationships with the instructors and one another.
